Service Description
This 45-minute session is designed as a focused energetic reset, supporting nervous system regulation, stress relief, and reconnection when time is limited but care is needed. We begin with a brief conversation around your current needs and intentions, followed by a grounding meditation to help settle the mind and body before receiving Reiki energy healing. Reiki is intuitively supported with light sound healing elements when appropriate, such as singing bowls, tuning forks, or chimes. This session is ideal for a lunch hour reset, emotional recalibration, or energetic clearing during a busy week. Time is held at the end for brief reflection and integration.
Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy** By booking a session with Juniper Sol Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following: **Cancellation & Rescheduling** Please provide at least **24 hours notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. **Arrival & Timing** Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Sessions begin and end on time to honor both your time and the practitioner’s schedule. **Comfort & Participation** All sessions are fully clothed and take place in a comfortable, supported position. You are welcome to share any preferences, sensitivities, or physical considerations before or during your session. **Nature of Sessions** Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive practices offered are complementary wellness modalities and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical care. Sessions are intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being. **Client Responsibility** You are responsible for communicating any relevant physical or emotional conditions that may affect your comfort during the session. **Payment** Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged (such as package sessions or special offers).
