Welcome to
Juniper Sol Wellness
From the moment you walk through the door, my hope is that you feel invited to slow down.

Juniper Sol Wellness was created as a peaceful space for healing, rest, and reconnection. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to cultivate a sense of warmth, comfort, and presence, allowing you to step away from the demands of daily life and simply be.

Whether you're joining me for Reiki, Sound Healing, or a private session, this space is designed to support your nervous system and create an environment where healing can naturally unfold.
The Meaning Behind Juniper Sol
The name Juniper Sol holds deep personal meaning.
Juniper trees have long been my favorite, representing resilience, grounding, and the quiet wisdom found in nature. Sol, the Latin word for sun, reflects the warmth, light, and life that continually inspire me.

Central Oregon has always felt like home. The scent of juniper in the air, the warmth of the sun, expansive landscapes, and breathtaking night skies remind me of the interconnectedness of all living things and the healing that can be found when we reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the living world around us.
Â
That spirit lives at the heart of Juniper Sol Wellness.
A Place to Return to Yourself
Healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you've been all along.

This is a place for you to find love, support, safety, acceptance, and healing.
A space to pause, exhale, and reconnect with your true self.

I look forward to welcoming you.
Accessibility & Visiting the Studio
Please note, while we are committed to making healing accessible, the current space is not ADA accessible and requires climbing two flights of stairs.

If mobility concerns, accessibility needs, distance, or scheduling challenges make in-person sessions difficult, many services are also available virtually through Distance Reiki or can be arranged off-site in a location that feels supportive and accessible when appropriate.

My intention is to make healing and supportive care as accessible as possible. If you have questions about accommodations or finding the session format that best meets your needs, I encourage you to reach out.
